1. Overview

By purchasing or participating in any program, product, or service offered by Chris Barnes Wellness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all coaching services, digital content, online programs, DNA and epigenetic testing, and communications, whether delivered online, in person, or via third-party platforms.

2. Services Provided

Chris Barnes Wellness provides the following services:

  • Personalised epigenetic and biohacking coaching

  • DNA and biological age testing (via TruDiagnostic and partners)

  • Health optimisation programs including DNAge Blueprint and DNAge Mastery

  • Digital downloads, educational tools, and coaching resources

  • Client communication through 1:1 calls, Voxer access, and online portals

These services are for educational and coaching purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

3. Payment, Commitment & Cancellation Policy

DNAge Mastery – 12-Month Coaching Commitment

By enrolling in DNAge Mastery, you agree to a 12-month coaching commitment designed to deliver long-term, data-driven transformation.

  • The program includes 2 x TruAge + TruHealth Combo Tests (at the beginning and end of the program).

  • These tests are only available to clients who remain enrolled for a minimum of 6 months.

  • Clients who cancel prior to the 6-month point will forfeit the second TruAge test and any associated bonuses.

Payment Structure

  • Payment includes an initial upfront fee followed by monthly instalments.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all payments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription with 30 days’ written notice sent to chris@chrisbarneswellness.com.

  • Your final payment will be processed after the notice period, and access to coaching, resources, and support will end after that final month.

  • No refunds or pro-rata billing will be issued for partial months or unused services.

4. Testing Services

DNA and epigenetic test kits (e.g., TruAge Combo) will be sent to you via our lab partners.

  • You are responsible for correctly completing the test and returning it as per instructions.

  • Chris Barnes Wellness is not liable for delays caused by incorrect use, late submissions, or shipping disruptions.

  • Lab turnaround times vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Engage actively in the coaching process

  • Complete onboarding forms and return test kits in a timely manner

  • Respect communication channels and uphold integrity during sessions

  • Use all materials for personal, non-commercial use only

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, programs, frameworks, and downloads are the intellectual property of Chris Barnes Wellness. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, genetic data, and health discussions are treated as strictly confidential. We use secure systems to store data and respect your privacy in full compliance with industry best practices.

8. Disclaimer

Chris Barnes is a certified Epigenetic Health Strategist. He is not a licensed medical doctor, and coaching services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician before making health decisions.

9. Termination of Services

Chris Barnes Wellness reserves the right to terminate coaching or program access at any time if a client:

  • Fails to make required payments

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions

  • Displays disrespectful or harmful behaviour

No refunds will be issued if a client is removed for breaching these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

Chris Barnes Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request or listed on the website.

By enrolling in any program or service with Chris Barnes Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
